Day 1!!!

Around 3 o'clock this morning our team gathered together to pray before we headed to the airport to catch our flight at 6:30. It was a really sweet and simply a blessed time in prayer and it served as an opportunity to say goodbye to our friends and family who have supported us so much over our time spent preparing for this very day! God has blessed this trip so much already and we know He wants to do awesome things during our time here in St. Kitts! Our flights were great and we were blessed to have some very good conversations both with our team and others on our flights! Needless to say, we arrived safely and are enjoying our time with Maddie and the Graysons already! Thank for all of your prayers, they are greatly appreciated! Please continue to pray for us as we unpack and begin serving! 

1 Peter 3:8-12 says "Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. For “He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit.Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
